- basic technical information about the device, browser, language, and PWA usage

- order, delivery, note, and purchase-history related data
- location or address data when needed to check delivery coverage and fulfill an order
Why data is used
Data is used so that Šparet can display app content, remember your preferences, associate an account with a device, and provide ordering features.
This includes account and profile validation, order preparation and tracking, communication about an order, and basic security and abuse prevention.
Account, profile, and orders
When you use an account or guest identity, the system may store device or guest identifiers together with the profile information you submit.
When you place an order, contact details, address details, cart contents, fulfillment method, and order status may be processed so the order can be completed.
Location and addresses
If you use address features or delivery-availability checks, the app may process your location, coordinates, or address text only to determine serviceability and support delivery fulfillment.
Location data is not intended to be used for broader purposes beyond what is needed for the ordering and delivery experience.
Analytics and marketing
The current build may use analytics or marketing integrations to measure app usage, campaign performance, and digital advertising effectiveness.
If a future build enables analytics services, this page may be updated to reflect that processing.
Data sharing
Data may be made available to restaurants, technical vendors, and connected services required for hosting, feature delivery, analytics, support, or order processing.
